when he sings about scotia road i been on that street it has a dimensions swimming pool and on spread your wings when 'he saw her at the place' well the place used to be the name of a night club in stoke this is reliable because i live in stoke :D

fantastic song. really melancholy though, a song about one's youth, and how life is never as good as when you're young. You're optimistic, life is easy, and you have everything to look forward to. But very often things don't turn out that great, or at least not like you planned. "Things are better when they start That's how the 80s broke my heart".

The album that dncviorel called a complete mess, in my opinion is the best Robbie's album. At first I thought "WTF?.." but now I just love that randomness... I'm not a big fan of him, but I really like majority of his works.
