Its all about being fluid with the golf club. I prefer the motto "nice and easy" because I find that swinging hard only leads to less accurate shots. Tiger Woods has the closest thing to a perfect golf swing. He keeps everything smooth and rarely does he swing hard.

the overlapping grip gives you bad blisters. I used to use this grip and i had many problems such as slice, now i use the first grip and i draw the ball and there is no more blisters.
