Thief strikes again at Big Sticks Fine Cigars. $1000 reward. This time we got more information. Driving a faded white 1976, 1977, 1978 short box, full size old Chevy/GMC work van. AZ License Plate # 329-NFD. They worked as a team this time; Thief #1 in white shirt and white ball cap, Thief #2 with really short haircut.
