Taimak - Martial Arts Move of the Week

Taimak is an American martial artist, model and actor. He starred in the film The Last Dragon. Taimak has studied Chinese goju, goju-ryu, taekwondo and jujutsu. He recently completed a new fitness DVD, available on his website called "Taimak FIT (Find Inner Transformation)".[1] He is pursuing his acting career in New York City where he resides and coaches boxers and kickboxers periodically.
