Global warming has now been legislated by the Supreme Court in the case Massachusetts vs. EPA. Even as the science is turning against manmade global warming and the movie "The Great Global Warming Swindle" awakening people to the realities of the science, global warming lawsuits continue to flood the courts. The litigation which will pretty much allow anyone to be sued has been given added force by threats made by Senators Olympia Snowe and John Rockefeller IV toward Exxon. With lawsuits and threats, environmental groups are intimidating banking and destroying funding for energy. The net effect is likely to be an increase energy prices.
